CST Fabricated Lift Blocks are the perfect solution if you’re looking to raise the rear of your truck. You’ll quickly and safely add 2″ of rear lift to your truck by installing these lift blocks and longer u-bolts. Installation takes approx. 1 hour and is fairly simple. Longer rear shocks are required for use with this kit and can be purchased above. The part number for this item is CST Suspension CSB-C14-3 and it fits 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra (1500 2WD Models).
