HP Felt Mat by Heatshield Products is for your heavy duty, commercial, and industrial applications. Working as both a heavy duty insulator and a heat barrier/reflector, it is made from a carbon pan based felt that can handle 1800 degrees F of direct contact heat! A heavy duty aluminum foil backs the felt and reflects up to 1100 degrees F of continuous radiant heat. This mat can be affixed directly to exhaust systems, industrial and commercial piping, and many other heavy duty heat sources. This product withstands 1100F of radiant heat on the aluminum side, and up to 2000F of direct(touching) heat on the felt side. The part number for this item is 800112 and it measures 60″ x 53″. It is 1/4″ thick.
